The Starlux SIPL System offers increased power, a longer "pulse-width" of the light beam, and integrated cooling of the surface of the skin.

This effective cooling allows maximum destructive power with less pain and discomfort as with other older IPL and Laser machines. In addition you get greater protection against skin burns and hypopigmentation, which is quite often seen with some inferior IPL machines and Lasers.

How the Starlux SIPL System Works

The Starlux SIPL Laser System offers a unique combination of high energy (up to 4 times more than most other systems) with Patented smooth pulse technology and integrated contact cooling.

The client sits or lies in a comfortable position, and then an accredited laser clinician applies the hand-piece over the treatment area. Pulses of safe filtered light are emitted that are selectively attracted to the pigment in hair (melanin) converting it to heat. The heat destroys the hair follicle's feeder blood vessels and its stem cells which are responsible for promoting hair growth, thus preventing any future hair growth.

• The Starlux SIPL system can reduce and repair pigmentation and other types of skin damage. Eg. Rosacea, Acne, Sun spots, broken capillaries, freckles, etc.

How the Sciton BBL System Works

BBL™ stands for Broad Band Light

With the broadest range of wavelengths, physicians can personalize treatments to fit each patient's needs.

BBLs requires fewer treatments to achieve visible and superior results than other IPL systems.

With a large 15 x 45 mm spot size and a rapid repetition rate, treatment can be completed less time with BBLs.
Since each pulse is cooled to the selected temperature, patients enjoy a comfortable treatment.
